Price increase

I do not understand how is it possible that the supplier can put up his tariffs and the consumer have no say about it. I just received a letter from Vodacom to let me know that my contract premium are being increased, My understanding is that if you sign a contract, it is binded for that period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cell C did it too a few months back. It is there somewhere, in the 5 pages of fine print.

That's why you never choose the biggest supplier. They have the least incentive to keep costs down.

You and many other. Sad when you can not do anything about it, that's why i have never had a phone contract

Yep..and the very reason why we have been canceling our contracts as they come for renewal, we had 5... Down to 3 all finishing this year. Upgrading phones via FNB as needed and buying prepaid airtime- get more and earn ebucks :D
