Price plan migration fee

I think Cell C just rammed me.
I upgraded my R50 control chat to Casual chat R100. And now i got a bill for the following:
Call charges = R97
Casual chat 100 = R100
Price plan migration fee = R657

I did not know i was going to have to pay this I was never informed. What can i do? Someone please help!!

Probably pay-up, and next time read the small print, or ask what all the fees will be. Sorry

SHAIKS!!! Guess so, I'll still pop in to Cell C to find out exactly why i wasnt properly informed. I hope they dont tell me i'm stupid...

Not sure if this applies to Cell C, but ususally if you migrate from a lower package to a higher one, there's no migration fee? If they're charging you for giving them more money every month, you're been ripped off big time!
