How is it that if you take an iGo package(512mb)...it costs R299 for the package, plus R139 for an additional 512mb for a total of R438 for 1024mb.

The G1 package(1 Gig)...R469.00. Surely there should be some saving for buying a larger package?

overyde, the reason that the 1G package costs more, is because, you get 64k after cap instead of getting cut off once you hit your cap. it is quite commonplace for people on the 1G account to get a total of 5-6GB usage monthly, if using the DC++ hub and other P2P apps like it.

i-go lite has no 64k cap like the 1gig package...

so effectively you're not disconnected

The 64kb shouldnt be fine print at all, it should be across the front page... its the point of Iburst almost.

Yet it gets a tiny line along with all the rubbish some people wouldnt read.

And for the 512MB they probably states the following:
you can download:
- 4000 mp3's
- 1400 video clips
- 12 hours of video conference
- send a million emails
- browse over 30 million webpages

LMAO, u got to luv marketing.

No, wasnt it 2000 mp3's for a gig. Which is still terrible. Okay I see you are joking.. my bad.

I saw this a long time ago, took me a while ago to figure out if they were being serious. They claim a mp3 is 512kb on average... Good stuff. That would be about 32kb mp3's, maby.
