ROFL. When i first started playing my Priest I was telling some of my mates "i'm really enjoying playing with my Priest" and then realised what I'd just said.
 
Ok wait, let me get this right.

If I recall Boomrooker rolled a priest for PvE play....

If I want to roll a PvP char that is what I'll do, I'll roll a Hunter, Lock or a Rogue. Yes one can play PvP with any class but if your aim is PvE then why complain about the PvP side of it :o

I have a priest also, and If I go to hunt tokens or honor, I run around the BG in Holy spec and heal as much as I can before I die. Or I group with a Warrior :)

Lets face it, Priests are IMBA at PvE, but if you want to PvP roll a PvP char ;)
 
Furthermore, I need to borrow Boom's crystal ball.

M wonder who dicided that priests are PVE only so far i have seen disc priest pawn a rogue with the BEST gear in the game legendary blades full S3.Not one rogue but 3 just outside ogrimar the others 2 was less geared.
So i saw it can be done personaly rogues own my priest maybe i am just not skilled vs mellee but i have never seen a mage or lock come close too my priest in pvp gone REALLY disagree with the PVE only part.

Coming from aguy that played ballance druid i see ALOT more PVP potensial in priest no matter spec than in ballance druid and i pawned with my druid :)

Frankly i dont care if you say its viable or not.I enjoy my priest PVP and PVE but i did roll him just for PVE that was the plan till i dinged lvl 30.
 
You saying a priest managed to kill 3 rogues at the same time? One of them being a s3 rogue?

Pics or it never happened. I agree fully with the above comments. Priests are better at pve. unless we talking arena, where disc priests can do pretty well.
 
He never said same time.

If it was outside Ogri it was most likely in 3 consecutive duels.

NEVER Said at the same time you can ONLY duel one person at a time.

If ANY class can beat 3 rogues at the same time specially full vengefull rogues o i would reroll now.
All 3 had S3 but the one dude had the best rogue blades in the game.
And yes priests are better for pve cause we were cloth and dont have alot of CC.
But at low lvls my priest own ill enjoy it while i can.

Rogues pawn me even on low lvl with my priest but i pawn casters like mages and locks but that about to change.
