For some reason my print jobs are getting lost in cyberspace. It happens from 2 workstations but only happens from MS Excel. Cables test fine and workstations can see the server and other machines etc. Can also ping without any problems. Print jobs just go into infinity and beyond. Any good advice would be appreciated before I lose all my hair.
