Printer Help neeeded!

I really need some help with my HP 1600 Color Laser Jet.
I replaced the cartriges all 4 of them.
But now I have a problem every time I print something some of the stuff like a persons face is green or pink. I did take out the little piece of plastic they put in the cartridge. And did a calibration and a cleaning from my pc. I also reinsalled the drivers but nothing worked any help would be apreciated.

Alos bright red comes out almost as orange and sometimes a persons face comes out yellow.

Remove and insert the cartridges again.

Perhaps the printer needs a service.

You are sure you the correct cartridges is in the correct slot?

Yes it is in correct slots also I did remove them and inserted them back but the same problem.
