Printer Issues

Hi Everyone,

I have a pc connected on a network to a printer. What is happening when I select a document to print in this case a excel document, the printer only que's the document but wont print it.

When a test page is requested to be printed the printer prints the test page but still wont print the excel document? Which is still que'd

Is there a setting I am missing?

Is it a network printer or is the printer plugged into another pc on your network?

If the printer is plugged into another pc, try restarting the print spooler under services.
