Hi everybody.

I have a weird problem with my A3 printer at work. It used to work perfectly until 2 weeks ago when it started printing weirdly. The printer is mainly being used by the Technical Drawing students to print out their projects. The printouts currently look like this:

You'll see the 'ghosting' of the lines and the weird way the text is being printed.

After the printer started doing this I had the printer serviced, the printer heads replaced, all the cartridges replaced, reinstalled, new USB cable, re-aligned the heads (three times). Still doing it.

Just printed something from Excel. Same problem.

Anybody got any ideas?

Cheerz!

Edit: Forgot to mention its a HP Officejet Pro K850

Does it only do that on one computer, or many. We had a small A4 HP that did that. Turned out the mainboard had been fried by Eskom (Polite people they are, not even asking to do me that favour). Brand new printer required.

I'll have to go and check that. Damn. If that's the case I'll be crying!!!!
