Prioritize gaming traffic

I'm getting huge lag spikes in BF4 when someone else in my house browses the internet. My modem supports QOS so can someone guide me on the best way to set it up. Heres a screenshot

From what I've read setting up QoS on most standard routers is a pain and barely works. The easiest option is to get the fastest line you can afford. When I upgraded from 4 to 10 meg most of my lag issues caused by my bro disappeared.

Buy yourself a mikrotik router, then setup a few simple queues. Its not too complicated and works great.

With simple queues you basically control the allowed throughput based on a range of ip addresses. E.g. I place my pc in a simple queue that has the highest priority and no bandwidth limit, the rest gets placed in a queue that is rate limited and of lower priority.

There are many other ways to prioritize with the mikrotik as well, but its not as easy to setup as simple queues.
