Priority on DSLAM

Hi all,

Two questions:

1) If your ADSL line is with Telkom, do you get priority on the DSLAM? ( I heard a rumour about this ).

and....

2) Telkom 4MB Uncapped.... What's the throttle cap on that package? 400GB?

No, you don't. The techie that jumpers the connection does not see customer information. He/she gets an instruction to wire the port.
