Will telkom allow us to install "private" ADSL services?
Im thinking from my office to our HQ in same city, or to connect various metropolitan offices together and then via Diginet to other metro's?
This will drop traffic congestion stress (the car on tar road type)for myself and plenty of other commuters.
Any comments?
