Hi guys
I would just like to find out, I was using my own car for work and was getting car allowance for that. Car got damaged, company took away allowance while my car is being fixed(understandable). Been company fleet sometimes to do my work. Now they say my car is taking forever to fix and they can't be giving me company cars anymore as the contract says I have to have a car - there is no such on my contract, they just asked me to use my car and they will compensate for it. Now they want to terminate my contract because of that, can they get rid of me for that? Is that even lawful?
