Agreed, I mean I understand that parents want the best possible education for their kids, but some of the family were literally living on the breadline just to pay for it as it is.

Hearing of this more and more. People can't afford to pay. At one point they would kick people out for non payment, now they string it along hoping they will catch up. From what I can see its not that the private schools have changed anything, its just that real inflation vs salary increases have now destroyed people's budgets and they can no longer afford school. Its insane. I earn a really good salary by SA standards and I cannot quiet keep my family living what I consider a decent middle class life. My wife has been forced back into working to cover the shortfall.
