Private server for Lineage 2?

So b4 i came to this country i played Lineage 2 in open beta , it was an awesome game not like anything l have played b4 , plus the top grade music and art design, i just loved the game.

So is there a private server 4 lineage 2 4 free? not everyone around has the bucks 4 european server month fee, or maybe a free server in Europe or anywhere? I loved the game and really want to play it with fellow South Africans.....

There is one L2 Hellbound server running that I know of. It has just started out so the community is allmost non existent. The server and website is off-line atm due to maintenance issues, but will be back up and running around 19h00 tonight. You can read about what you need to join on the forum: here

I don't think you will get the same experience on a free server as on the official so don't get your hopes up.
