I use Oracle for Plex only actually.
 
I went the manual route and have plex, jellyfin, qbt, some 'arrs, ombi, overseer and adguard home running on mine. Perfect for my needs and just gets the job done.

You'll need to get in via recruitment, both of which are currently recruiting in certain PTs. I'd suggest not wasting time with HDB as it really is a shell of what it once was. Many encoders are fairly inactive and those that are active upload to other PTs anyway and it ends up trickling down. If you're after it for full discs rather get into a Chinese PT such as MT, PTer, CHD or TTG since that's where most of the full discs come from anyway. There is also the fact that it is operated by the PT cabal (HDB, PTP and BTN). So if you get banned on there expect a potential chain ban to any cabal affiliated PT. IMHO it's not worth the stress and no one is going to risk inviting a stranger because of the potential consequences. FL usually gets new HDB uploads in less than 2 days and as for BTN many uploads are auto posted or auto cross-seeded to many different PTs and Usenet Indexers. TVV is usually good for obscure shows and in some cases has content not on BTN. As for PTP it's great for obscure movies but you can easily substitute it with a combination of other PTs that specialize in obscure materials such as SC, CG, KG, TiK etc. If you're not after obscure content there's no reason to waste time getting on it apart from the invite forums.

If you still want to go down that rabbit hole, get on MAM or RED and work your way up. It'll take more than a year (minimum) to get up there depending on the route you take. Be warned ratio isn't the easiest on HDB and keeping your class above UHD requires a ratio of 4.0+ (there is a certain Usenet indexer that recruits members with UHD class and 2 years age).

would be nice to get onto BTN and PTP but that seems near impossible. i personally dont know anyone on those trackers. i currently use FL, TL, TD, IPT which fills most of anything i would need.
for USENET I am using Newshosting and Tweaknews and for indexers i have Dog, NZB Planet NZB Geek, Drunken slug.

I have 1x invite for dog and a couple for NZB planet.
 
If you weigh up the options these private usenet indexers aren't worth it.

You end up paying so much I don't think it's worth it and releases on rarbg is way faster.

I have heard the ‘exclusive’ indexers are well worth being on. Currently have NC, DS, NZBG and NZBP. Still trying to get an invite to those that can’t be mentioned ;)
