ZA for Plex. NL one which stock was available today I deployed to check how it races.

Meh even though it's in Amsterdam in the EU oracle cloud peers selectively so they don't peer with big providers like Feralhosting, Novoserve, Hetzner, Whatbox etc they reach each other via transit. It's a pity.

VPN and try again? Had the same issue and think I tried all these steps.

Don’t you a different bank card? FNB gave me issues but Standard Bank and Discovery didn’t

Are you talking about disk performance or network performance?

I won't read too much into the network performance. It's public iperf servers.

Both, but yeah I should put it to better use than just idling. Do you have both your servers on the same Oracle account or did you create two?
