I do have a vpn. Thing is, I have a suspicion that there are some stuff on private trackers (likely oddball and / or older stuff) that isn't really available on public trackers. But if I'm wrong on this, feel free to correct me.

That is one of the reasons I use qBittorrentI see I can configure auto reaannounce from QBittorrent directly too, so the script I've been using for years is no longer needed to start torrents grabbed before the tracker registers them
