ProAsm help with Mysignal please

Hi

My friend got his modem today and it was connected via usb.

I downloaded mysignal 4.1, disconnected from the sentech application and then connected from mysignal.

All fine, exept there is no signal information, everything seem dead, not even battery information, but it connects and disconnects fine from mysignal and the pings work

Is there something Im missing ?

Must I reset the modem ?
Restart computer ??

U need to click the connect button (phone) in the my signal section.

Remember to disconnect before doing so!
