Last night when I got home, "Remote computer did not respond"

Called tech support, they raised a service call as they couldn't see anything wrong with tower 82 (think they mentioned it's the randburg tower)

Now... after about 30 minutes, I could connect to the tower, but "Access Denied"

It seemed that my password was ONCE AGAIN, reset to the default sentech123.... fine, logged in with new_user and just re-registered, changed my password and everything was fine.

This morning at about 6am (yes, I have a l33t connection and have had no sleep, sue me) it disconnected again, and trying to reconnect, it gives me the same, "Remote computer did not respond" error.

I have 4 bars, average about 19% signal at about 90/92 db and it was REALLY nice last night, but if I have to sit at my PC, literally waiting a couple of hours before I could connect, I might as well just get my sleep, go to work and surf there!

ProAsm, LoneGunMan, please report on uptimes, as tech support has no ****ing clue whats going on and all I want is a simple "yes its up, no it's down" answer....

It would be nice to know the status, especially when you guys work on the towers.. I want 24/7 connectivity, might as well get adsl if i wanted crap service [8D]

Well, if we can find some standard behind these modems on communication side and so forth, it would be nice to automate the connection. Else, we could just write something that manipulates the window, untill it get's suitable message and so forth.
(And chage your password everyday for you ;) hehe

No dude, what I was saying is that my password was reset AGAIN. I didn't request it or nothing.

My main point is, the towers (especially 82) looks to be more down than up, and unfortunatly I am at work during the day so I can't check it daily.

*sigh*
