Hi, need some help from the educated masses.
A friend of mine bought a 2nd hand BB bold 9700, we have upgraded her software to the latest via the BB desktop manager and all is working fine.
That is until we have decided to setup her email on her phone. We got to setup, email acconts, here we have 2 options.
Internet mail account
Entrprise account
When we select the internet email account, we get kicked out back to the setup page.
Would anyone know how to solve this problem! Has anyone experienced something like this? Apparently BIS needs to be reset and a new username created. Does that make sense to anyone?
