I bought R50 airtime voucher at Clicks today and tried loading it,came up with a problem and told me to call 123, Called 123 asked for help to load airtime, give my details and she said hold on ,after 5 mins she ask if she can call me back because they are having a problem,I agreed, that was six o'clock, still no call back, and still no airtime loaded, anyone getting the same problem.

*102#voucher number here#

and thats it..

Tried that,It is the first time I am loading airtime on the 128k sim which I did a sim swop last week.Guess I have to wait till the call centre calls back,2hrs has past.I really need to load this airtime soon.:(

No error message, I do: *102* VN # ,It tells me there is a problem loading voucher, please call 123, I call 123 and they tell me there is a problem loading airtime voucher, ca=n they call me back,3 hrs has past now, still no call.I'll try it one move time manually,Till what time do the call centre operate?

I tried it again and it worked. On the Clicks till slip it gives you a Vouch no and a Pin no. I used the vouch no as instructed on till slip and it failed, now I tried it with the pin no and it worked. Clicks must update their activation instructions on till slip, it confusing. Thanks guys for your input and help.

Similar to what I did... :p :D

What I found annoying about the Woolworths vouchers is the layout.. like this:

serial no: xxx
cashier: xx
transaction: xx
terminal: xx
date: xx:yy:zz
value: xx

pin: xxx

^^^ Why is the pin number all the way down here?
The first time I simply never saw it... especially as it was printed half way over the huge VM logo at the bottom

Why they call it PIN NO is another story? It's an airtime activation code, not a pin.

Clicks Layout on till slip:

Outlet #: xxx
Supplier : xxx
Product : xxx
Vouch # : xxxxxxxxxxx

---------------------
Pin no: xxxxxxxx
------------------------
To Acticate:
Type *102* voucher number # Press Di sort me out centre: Dail 123.

why not say Pin no?

Woolworth's instructions said "use the voucher number" but only gives a serial number and pin number. The serial number did not worked and I phoned 123. The lady said the data guys will phone me back the next day. I figured it out (used the PIN instead) and I am still waiting for 2 weeks for the call from the "data guys".
