Problem paying Telkom via Absa Internet Banking

Guys,

I'm trying to pay my Telkom bill online, but I'm running into a problem when attempting to add Telkom SA as a beneficiary. I get a message saying "Enter a valid beneficiary account number" at the final screen, although it's never asked for during the process.

I've put a jpeg image up for you to see.

Anyone experienced this same problem? Ideas?

This is exactly what I did. I added Absa as a beneficiary, got it from the drop down list...

I filled in all of the required info.

But when I am done with the process, that's the message I get.
 
That number seems wrong or too short. Remember to add the payment code:

Group: 00045
System: 99...35
Payment: 1234

4599...351234
 
Like I said, I fill in all of the information after I selected Telkom SA from the drop-down list. Then, at the final screen, it says that I must enter a "valid beneficiary account number"...

Give me the full number you are entering as your telkom/beneficiary account number. You can replace every second number with a 0 if you want to protect your privacy.
 
From another recent post of mine.

You don't usually add companies like Telkom as you would for normal beneficiaries as the large corporates are already preloaded and you just have to select them from a drop down menu/list. The only thing you require is the unique identifier made up of several numbers on your bill,

All three those numbers strung together without spaces will make up the number you have to add to your online banking thing.

The above is what you enter in your beneficiary reference number field.
