Problem recharging new Pre-paid Vodacom sim

Hi,

I have just tried to recharge my pre-paid sim (first time) and I get an error message saying LANG0: User not found. I have completed the RICA process. Any ideas what the problem could be?

The sim has been lying in my wallet for a couple months. Very cool number so I thought I would RICA it and use it. First time I have activated a prepaid and I don't have the packaging anymore.

Now the SO wants the SIM back :(

If you have never activated it, it will need to be RICA'ed before you can dial 100...
