problem setting up router for screamer adsl

Can someone please help.
I have a business adsl acc which works fine.
As soon as I put my screamer username and password into the router I cannot connect to
the net. They told me to change the preferred dns server which I did and connects when I use the business account. But not with the screamer one.
Is there a setting Im missing or what.

Your DNS settings are manually entered somewhere, either on your router, your server or your network card.

I had a similar problem a month or two ago. It turned out that somehow my router was still connected with the original ISP although I was using a second ISP's details. Did a reboot of the router via the router control panel and waited a couple of minutes and then tried again. That worked for me.
