problem to active GPRS for prepaid SIM card

Hello everyone, I'm using a vodacom prepaid SIM card. i logon to vodacom4me and active the GPRS function. but it show me next message:
We are currently experiencing problems servicing your request.

Please try again later or log your error with our Web team.

Why? how could i active it?

Call 155(free from your Vodacom number) and wait for the voice prompts. Choose option 5 and wait to speak to a consultant. Then ask the consultant to activate the GPRS and MMS APN's for you.

The consultant will activate it for you, and it'll take about 1 to 6hours(15mins if you are lucky), then it should be active.
