problem with 3g data contract - not receiving the data

I have a problem with a 3g data contract, it is supposed to be 3gb daytime plus 3gb after hours. It is not giving me the data, was surfing normal browsing yesterday and suddenly received sms that the data has expired, barely after using it for 2 days, with no downloads or any high usage.

How do I contact the vodacom rep to look into this?
 
pfft, no answer................is the vodacom rep not active on the forum?
 
Did you check your balance after the SMS? There is few options to check: sms "MM" to 31050, *111#, check on vodacom.co.za
Also install a bandwidth monitor on your PC like networx to get a third party view of your data usage. 082 155 is the number for data support.
