problem with adsl2+ tester rui yan 2100

Hi,

Im having a problem with rui yan 2100 adsl2+ tester. It wont measure line parameters. The link light just slowly blikns and i assume it doesnt even recognize the connected cable.
Anyone has an idea what to do?
i tried to find some software to install it again, but no success.

Are you 100% sure your exchange supports ADSL2+? If it doesnt it wont sync at all.

Rui yan is set to measure adsl2+ line in options. and dsl line is adsl2+
so i think this part should be ok.

You get exchanges that support

ADSL
ADSL2
ADSL2+

Try set it to ADSL or ADSL2
