Problem with allowing network users to use IBurst

Hi There. Have a server on win2000, connecting to Iburst modem using USB cable and it works fine. THe server has winroute running, and I use it as the proxy. Now clients I point to proxy in IE, and it works but it is so slow, WHY? The server also gets slow internet once others use the proxy. If i connect the modem on a stand alone XP box it works like a dream with PPPoE, but win2k doesn't have pppoE. Any suggestions or help.

I dont think its related to Iburst, check your box. I run a Squid proxy, no speed decrease at all.
