Hi

So i recently changed my router.

With port forwarding and dyndns setup previously I was able to use ds file app remotely to access my synology NAS.

I repeated the setup on the new router.

Now although I can access my NAS using my dyndyns address the ds file app suddenly cannot access the NAS.

This is strange.

Is there some firewall that's affecting access.

So everything the same on new router including its ip? The firewal rules same as well even tcp/udp chosen correctly? What is exact error message on app if any? What does ds do or not do when its not working?

Thanks for the reply.

Yip everything is same

I can access the diskstation from a web browser so there can't be a problem with the port forwarding and dyndns settings.

And is Webdav also port forwarded correctly or running on disk station? sorry for obvious questions. The web browser is probably not using web dav.

WebDAV is activated on the NAS

The WebDAV port 5005 is also setup on port forwarding rules.
