A few months ago our office switched over from Telkom to Vox VOIP phone lines. Ever since, when we call out to a place that requires callers to put in numbers to get through menus, we have been unable to operate them - the menu system doesn't seem to hear when numbers are pressed. Vox say it isn't their problem, and the switchboard technician says that it isn't the PBX, and we sit in the middle tearing our hair out.
Has anyone else run into something like this and found a solution ?
