How far away are you from your router?
The only time I've had this problem is when I was creating a virtual WiFi connection off my laptop - there was some error with the program for all mobile devices so it's strange that you would be having that error with a normal WiFi network.
Is DHCP turned on in the router or do you use static IP addresses (WP7 only does DHCP at the moment).
If it is, maybe you've exceeded the number of devices that the DHCP server is set to handle?
You should be able to check those settings in the main config of your router.
