Problem with my AMD motherboard

I have a MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 mobo and for some reason it's not posting(hope that's the correct term).

I've removed everything, RAM, CPU, heatsink etc. but it's not making any beeping noise.

I put the system in standby last night and in the morning I found it on, so I completely shut it off and now when I tried to start it up I got this issue.

Any ideas to what could be the problem or what I could try?

Okay I just plugged everything back and now everything seems fine, still not sure what was the issue.

Haha, no. Normally a mobo should beep if there's no RAM on the board.

This is a problem that all IT people experience and by a lot of work and time we found what was causing it.

But really now restarting and just replug everything has solved 90% of all my pc issues in life, I will never understand it
