hey can anyone tell me if theres anything wrong with these numbers? im supposed to have a 4 mb connection and i get about 1.5 usually. so can anyone help me with this problem? thanks !

Your SN Margin is too low, indicating that there is too much noise on the line. This means that your dsl speed gets downgraded to cope with this. Less speed = less noise.
