Hi guys.
I do voice calls to Taiwan and China on a regular basis, but I noticed when running a PING test it is terribly slow compared to the normal 180ms I get. The upload/download speed seems to be moving at crawling pace as well. I am on a Telkom TI All Access Advanced account, with a 1mbps line.
Here are my results for doing a PING and tracert to a site in Taiwan.

I have heard a Telkom technician come out and they say the line tests 100% clean. The ports were reset and everything is 100%. However... I heard someone talking about a Cisco router/network cable break in Hong Kong? Is anyone else aware of this problem? I have even been starting to think it's somewhere with SAIX? Please help guys if you know anything?
Thanks in advance
