Problem with Outlook 2003

Hi,

When I right-click an image file and "Send to Mail Recipient", a new
e-mail opens and I type my message normally.

However, once the message is sent, the text I have typed disappears and
is replaced by the standard, "The message is ready to be sent with the
following file or link attachments..." etc.

Any ideas as to why this could be happening?
