Problem with Password Retrieval with newshost

I have lost my password for my newshost account. I've tried for several days to do retrieval request but nothing comes through. Is anyone having the same problem? Is there anyone i can email to have my password retrieval redirected to another email add?

When last did you use the site? They probably killed your account due to inactivity.

Nope. Use the site everyday. For some reason it wouldn't accept any of my passwords.
