Problem with rapidshare

I'm getting the message that says "file owners traffic exhausted" every time i try to download. Whats up with rapidshare?

I also got that, but it went away. I think the site is currently down 13:26 GMT 2+, as I can't resume my downloads.

Changed the way the system works, no longer downloader pays. The uploaded pays for server space and bandwidth
