Blegh.
My SAIX account is refusing to do anything other than load the Webafrica home page.
It isn't anywhere *near* capped. I've barely used it this month, and my usage, according to Webafrica, reflects this.
On the other hand, my local only IS account is working fine - even loading international sites!
What gives?
