Problem with Telkom - IS peering llink?

I keep on loosing packets between internet-solutions-gw.telkom-ipnet.co.za and csw1-ctn-vl5.ip.isnet.net. Does anyone know if there are problems on this peering link in CPT?

Both Telkom and IS helpdesks are useless.

Lol you still lucky, try explaining this to the helpdesks when its also a all-in-one adsl package from a ISP

Im about to go on a warpath with the former is the latencies are still 80-100ms tomorrow.....
