Hi,

I installed two 3G cards on DELL D600's with Windows 2000. When I use the card it works OK. But when I would like to shutdown my computer it hangs at the shutdown screen. (also when I restart) When I don't use the card the laptop will shutdown OK.

I'm using the latest dash and firmware 3.1.2. (I should use that version for the Netherlands according to Vodafone.co.uk.

I'm using DUN to launch the connection. It does not mather if I remove the card or leave it in the slot. It hangs every time.

Sometimes when I use the dash, I prefer not to use it, it does shutdown OK.

Is this a know problem? Can I solve it?

(Option card)

Thanks!

Oh, when I try to flash the other adapter I get " invalid port on open" in the Colt firmware flash. When I click OK I get "Is your driver loaded?" and " Could not find diag port...". Latest Dash is installed and card is working.. ?

How can I solve this..?

I have the same problem. I also have the latest version of all the software, even a aerial!! The next step is to get the 64kb SIM card, which I am having a bit of trouble getting out of Vodacom, but Vodacom3G has said he will help.
