Problem with Word

Hey guys,

I'm wondering if you can help here:

Before I open the Word document, in the preview screen on the RHS, I can see this (which is what I want to see)

However when I actually open the Word document, I see this:

What the hell is going on

what version of word are you using?

Actually it is now doing that for all my word documents. Urggghhh.

Well, from what I can see there are unexplained black marks all over your document ..

It looks like an old typewriter typing over the same spot over and over again due to the spindle not advancing to the next character, but only for those parts in a specific font. What happens when you change the font for those paragraphs? Also the bold parts seem to display correctly so try making everyting bold as a test.

If not a font issue, look at your kerning & spacing settings.

Seems like it's displaying non-printable characters. Press ctrl+shift+8 and see if that's turned on or off.

Copy and Paste into Notepad, then copy and paste into a new Word document, might help
