Problems after DSD software upgrade

I have a HD PVR 2P and ever since monochoice upgraded the software I have had issues. Sometimes if I pause it will not unpause. Sometimes it won't rewind and sometimes it wont stoprewinding or fast forward. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

I noticed my HD 2 P is now back to functioning better since last week when it was slow and response time was ridiculous.
