We have received reports that certain MTN users are unable to call 0800 numbers.
One reader stated that when he called SARS from his MTN SIM - 0800 00 7277 - he received a voice prompt stating the number was blocked. He had airtime and voice minutes on the SIM in question.
Have any MTN users experienced this? We would like to investigate further.
