Hi Guys

Anyone else experiencing problems this morning. Seems like I'm not resolving some DNS names, can't connect to MSN etc. Some sites, like myBB are fine though.
 
I am having a problem since last night, i just called the helpdesk and they were useless as always, after 5 minutes of checking my details , she said everything is fine, and said i must call the helpdesk.
I know my settings are correct....
 
I have the same problem since monday... Tried what the VC guys did about the DNS stuff and it seemed to work...
 
they told me they are having a problem with the server in randburg that handles the data network!!!
 
Mine is working again!!!
I really hate calling MTN support because i know i will get the worst service possible, they wont help me , and i will just get upset.
 
Received a notification, Vodacom were having problems on 3G, and it has now started on MTN. Not sure how it can move??
 
I am also confused!

I work as a sever administrator, and one of the users complained last night and I established it's a problem with vodacom!
