Problems making calls?

Anyone in the Cape Town region experiencing problems making calls? Everytime I try call i get a "Call Failed".

BBM is working and so is browsing but not calls?

Hi - In Durban
Just phoned Vodacon - they have gerneral system fault all over SA

Also with BB - was working until I did hard reset - now nothing...

Same problem on Vodacom iPhone4 in Brackenfell (Cape Town) ... Data is fine but can't make any calls. (Call Failed)
Funny enough my HTC Desire is working fine although I do get intermittent network loss/disconnects.

I'm able to make calls on both Vodacom and CellC in the Table View/Parkland area

Another battery pull and now working 16:00

Ya been having to do battery pulls quite alot but seems to fix the problem... whatever it is
