Problems sending email to vodamail.co.za

Anyone seen something similar? My relatives in Aus try to send me email, but it gets returned to them with messages like:

Attempts to log this problem via vodacom4me.co.za result in a useless error message saying:

APPLICATION ERROR


The vodacom4me application was unable to render the service you requested. Please try again later.

Error Description:

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error ORA-06512: at "SA_PROD_03.SA_SRM", line 784 ORA-06512: at line 1

vodacom4me is now getting beyond a sick joke ... time for it to be forcefully retired, I think.
