Tech support told me lots of people have phoned in to complain that they can't send mail. Anyway, if its true that I'm not alone, change your outgoing mail server to mail.sentechsa.com - and it should work. Dunno what's wrong with smtp.sentechsa.com - oh well.
Oh - and since when does unplugging your modem and then plugging it into a different USB port, then plugging it into a different computer, resetting your modem, and determining which tower you're connected to help in any way when the problem clearly lies with sentech's servers? Because that's what tech support put me through - and then told me 'sorry, mailserver is down. we can't tell you when it's going back up'. Gack!!! They could have just said "See smtp. Change to mail. Finished, thanks for calling, bye".
