Problems with access on SAIX

Is it just me or do others have problems accessing internet sites on a SAIX account? I'm on a SAOL 10GB account and I have been having intermittent problems the whole day. I'm not sure if it's a routing error, or if there is a problem with the DNSes, or both.

I was using 196.25.1.11 and was having the problems u discribed, so from now on i just use the ones my isp dishes out.

Have problems since Friday and it still is not better. Also on SAOL - Mossel Bay

having problems also on saol 10gb, dbn

but im pretty sure its a dns problem, cos i can ping ppl, even connect to the NNTP server.

just cant resolve ip's, on and off the whole weekend, but it seems to be okay now

What grinds my gears is that we are paying a super-uber-outrageous premium for this ADSL service and they can't even provide us with a reasonable uptime.

Change your DNS servers on your PC and ADSL router to
Primary:196.25.1.1
Secondary: 196.25.1.9

SAIX for some reason killed the 196.25.1.11 DNS Server without letting anyone know.
