Hi
I've been having problems with my ADSL line for the last month or so. The connection keeps timing out.
I've established it is not the ISP.
Anyway, I contacted my ISP, Afrihost, and they said "we have reviewed your account and have tested your line and there is currently some lost carrier errors on your ADSL line."
Here are the Modem stats (TP-link W8970 v1 - with latest firmware):

How would I be able to stabilise the line.
Should I ask them to lower the speed to 4mb/s?
Should I ask telkom to do something?
