Problems with credit card payments

My laptop runs Microsoft Windows. My web browser is Microsoft Edge
I bank with FNB
I also use Nord VPN

I cannot make credit card payments:crying: After filling in all the required fields I simply get the message: "There was an error processing your request"

FNB say that they don't see the transaction, so it is not getting to them.
It happens with a of of websites
I have tried turning Nord off, but to no avial.

Can anyone suggest a solution?
All suggestions welcome

I would prefer not to use another browser, esp not Chrome. Trying to stay away from Google!

Same problem here. Also tried Chrome and Firefox.
As suggested above - using the app on android solved the problem.
I am also using Nord Vpn. I have deleted Nord, but still have the same issue.

The new Edge is Chromium based - good luck getting away from Google.

I just use the app on my phone, works swimmingly.
